Product Description
RY500 Grease Melting Tank is the special equipment for melting the solid fat such as cocoa butter. Cocoa butter, cocoa butter equivalent and cocoa butter substitute are the main materials for chocolate production. They are solid state in the normal conditions. In order to grind evenly with sugar powder, milk powder and cocoa mass, and to last the working life of the grind equipment, the solid kinds of greases should be melted before grinding. It is the necessary pre-processing of the chocolate production.
RY500 Grease Melting Tank consists of two jacketed vessels with heat transferring. (which can work for two different greases at the same time. ) Transcalent oil is the heating medium. The special design of elec-heating can meet the international food sanitary standards. The above melting part is made of three stainless steel square tubes of 100mm*100mm with 4500s inclined angles. The bottom part is with the function of keeping the temperature, melting and control the temperature within 30~150oC. This equipment is good at the small temperature changing range, well effect the heating power, long working life and nice looking.
